Content Submission:

To submit content for the UBC Digital Signage network please contact Jamil Rhajiak at jamil.rhajiak@ubc.ca. Please note that we do not display any commercial content.

All submissions must:

• Adhere to the content guidelines and specifications (as indicated below)
• Include a Start Date and End Date of provided asset(s)
• Include the desired duration of asset(s)
• Be submitted 2 weeks before the desired Start Date (to account for changes to the asset and to maintain a manageable workflow)

To retain a high visual standard, we ask that all submitted content adhere to the following guidelines and specifications:

• Design Guidelines – These go over the basics of good design for digital signage.

• Content Specifications – This page articulates the exact technical specifications of your finished signage pieces.
• PowerPoint templates – Available to help guide content creation.
