Cisco VPN Client Upgrade & Digital Signage

The Cisco VPN Client has been upgraded and some of our clients are reporting issues connecting to the CoolSign network.

To continue connecting to the CoolSign network please be sure to enter the correct CWL credentials into the VPN client:

Connect To: myvpn.ubc.ca
Username: [yourcwl].esignage.prod
Password: your-cwl-password
