Fix for Content Preview in CoolSign 5

Some users have been unable to preview content within the CoolSign Network Manager. To help resolve this, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Connect to the remote desktop server and launch the CoolSign Network Manager application
  2. Click on the “File” menu
  3. Click on “Preferences”
  4. Click on the “Connection” tab
  5. In the number box beside the “Enable partial load if network exceeds” text, enter a number greater than 300.
  6. Click “Ok”
  7. Close the CoolSign Network Manager
  8. Restart the CoolSign Network Manager
