Some users have been unable to preview content within the CoolSign Network Manager. To help resolve this, please follow these simple steps.
- Connect to the remote desktop server and launch the CoolSign Network Manager application
- Click on the “File” menu
- Click on “Preferences”
- Click on the “Connection” tab
- In the number box beside the “Enable partial load if network exceeds” text, enter a number greater than 300.
- Click “Ok”
- Close the CoolSign Network Manager
- Restart the CoolSign Network Manager
